We tend to point fingers at other’s

We tend to point fingers at other’s, to blain people and to judge, but we often fail to see that what ever we are judging in others are also in us. The reason we judge is that we haven’t accepted that part in ourselves. It’s much easier to detect the problems in others than it is to detect in our own. This part of ourselves we generally do not want to see it’s what constitute our shadow, it’s made up of all the aspects of our personality that haven’t received enough love because were not accepted by our society, qualities we have learned to dislike. Love ourselves is the key to start changing this process and experience compassion.
