This is one of my favorite coaches, @SandraSantos, creator of #yourbetternow. We are together creating a new group called Mastermind for high-performance young people. Sandra acts as a coach for women’s soccer teams; we participated in training to become facilitators together organized by the Instituto Eco-Social. This Mastermind group’s idea is to prepare young people to have a high impact, both in their lives, in the people, they interact with, and in the community, they live in, understand their role, and develop it better.

This “generation 3.0” comes already with a different view of the world, they already want to impact everything they do and leave a legacy, but they do not always know where to start.

Our Mastermind group for youth will consist of 6 young people between 16 and 21 years old who will meet online once a month for six months, and they will receive mentoring and support to perform tasks throughout the program. As we will have participants from the USA and Brazil in this group, the dynamics will occur with simultaneous translation; it would also be an opportunity to improve language skills in a super relaxed environment.
