Why should we celebrate what is positive in our lives? The brain’s tendency is always to give more weight to negative information, making the wonderful things of our lives go unnoticed.
Sometimes we may get caught up in unsatisfactory behavior patterns with our loved ones, nurturing petty and unnecessary disagreements with them. It may happen that we regret not having invested love in our relationships while it was possible to be together. Remember that we have today, but we may not have tomorrow.
Perhaps being aware that we never know when our life or the life of a loved one may end up can generate sadness or fear. Still, if we use this as a lever to enhance our relationships positively, we can change our relationships for the better. To have gratitude is to have power in your hands—appreciation for the preciousness of life and the miracle our loved ones’ existence represents.
Let’s celebrate life and enjoy every minute alongside the people we love the most. Don’t devalue what you have by wishing for what you don’t have. Remember that what you have now was among the things you hoped to one day achieve. In other words, whenever we focus on what we lack, we attract scarcity, but by practicing gratitude, we attract abundance, especially the abundance of LOVE.
