The Power of Green

I don’t know about you, but every Monday I regret overeating during the weekend. What do I do? I start my week with a green juice that I learned with Dr. Gundry (a specialist in licking guts) and I implement some add ons.

This green juice can suppress your appetite for the bad stuff that helps make people fat and it is a perfectly delicious breakfast drink. 

These are my secret ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce or any dark green lettuce
  • 1⁄2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 mint spring, with stem
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 to 6 drops of Stevia extract
  • 1⁄4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup tap or filtered water
  • 1  tsp ginger
  • 1 Tsp of hemp seeds
