Strengths according to positive psychology research, are the characteristics that define what is best about each of us in the individual level. When we are using a natural strenghts, we most likely will be engaged by what we are doing. The more you deploy your strengths, the more likely it is that you feel positive emotion, engagement, you have better relationships, your life will have more meaning, and is also likely that you’ll accomplish more. The trouble is because we focus so much on our weakness and the things that we don’t do well, we become overly vigilant about fixing what is wrong, which takes our attention away of what is good in our life’s and in our selves right now.
