So, my question for you today is…

So, my question for you today is: “What are you practicing?” Because what you practice you are going to be good at. What do you practice? Do you practice joy, happiness and peace in your life? Or do you practice a lot of complaining? Because if you complain you are going to be good on it, very good at it. Do you practice worried and anger? You will be very good at it. So, I propose, if it’s true that it is just a question of practice, I propose you practice something that add value to your life.
