How to bring adventure to your life?

How to bring adventure to your life? Adventure is not just practicing dangerous sports; it’s about going beyond your own limitations. When you start stretching to break limitations, physical, mental, emotional and perception limitations that you have, then you are in an adventure mode. Adventure it’s not about doing a particular kind of activity, there is no specific activity that you can call as adventure, it is the way you conduct each activity. The same activity can be exciting or boring, depending on you.  There is a way to do any exciting activity, it just depends on you changing your tune.  Try to break your limitations and go beyond everything you do in your day to day and you will have much more pleasure in everything.  Try to go further.
