Fundamentally, success in achieving the desired results. It is subjective, as we all define success differently and have different goals at different points in our lives. Regardless of how you define success, it would be best to start with the desire to achieve it. Remember: success is something you create, and there are endless ways to do it through innovations, ideas, solutions, etc. It is your duty and responsibility to fulfill your potential.
I highly recommend the book called 10X Rule, by author Grant Cardone. This book explains how you can use “big thinking” and massive actions to create phenomenal success. Most of us fail to achieve our goals because:
• We set below-average goals that are not motivating enough and we focus and get into the game with the aim of being the champions in our category;
• We underestimate the amount of effort/resources needed to achieve our goals and the number of challenges we have to overcome. We ended up being disappointed, discouraged, and giving up or changing our plans along the way.
The key to success is to prepare yourself mentally for the actual amount of work required and build a reserve of resources and energy for the random variables that will arise.
In the book 10X Rule he says that you can only achieve phenomenal success by changing your thinking and your actions. Setting goals that are 10 times bigger and working 10 times harder is essential. By implementing these tips with discipline you will make all the difference and you will arrive at success.
