Every time we have bad thoughts…

Every time we have bad thoughts we produce poison to our own body. But how to overcome negative thinking? There are many practical things to help yourself stop negative thinking patterns. When you notice that negative thoughts or images are starting to enter your mind, try actually say “stop!” to yourself, saying positive affirmations on a daily basis starts to reshape your thinking, enforcing boundaries, write about your feelings, and practice this approach by taking a deep breath and say something like “Just because I’ve had some bad relationships doesn’t mean I have to do this to my body”.
